American University of Nigeria president Ensign resigns

The President of the American University of Nigeria (AUN), Dr. Margee Ensign has resigned her appointment.

A statement by the Vice President, Administration, Yahaya Zango, said Ensign resigned due to personal reasons with effect from 1st May 2017.



The statement said the Provost of the university, Professor Le Gene Quesenberry had been appointed Interim President by the AUN Board of Trustees, while the Dean, School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Ahmad Hussaini became the interim provost.

The statement thanked Ensign for her services and wished her success in her future endevours.
