| AIT Donates to the Accra Psychiatric Hospital |
The AIT Student Council, the Nigerian Students Association and the Staff of AIT were at the Accra Psychiatric hospital to donate items which constitute; bags of rice, bags of Sugar, boxes of biscuits, packs of assorted drinks, two gallons of cooking oil, detergent, sack of Garri, and a cash price to support the managerial activities of the patients in the hospital.
This indeed is a milestone for the student community and the administration at large. We look forward to having more of this done to support our immediate communities as part of the CSR(Cooperate Social Responsibility) of our Institution.
The trip was climaxed with the participants having the opportunity to see the Female Ward and the Special Ward of the facility.
