The Ghana Institute of Journalism built this and other new blocks from the school's internally-generated funds. Media labs and editing suites, I am informed, will be stocked to enhance "proper" teaching and learning of journalism and media studies. See more pictures below.

Even though government has failed to honour its promise on the new site at Okponglo, these new blocks will provide more students the opportunity to study communication studies. Kudos to Dr. Wilberforce Dzisah and his management team. You did not just sit down and waited on government. You took the initiative. You showed leadership. And I salute you!
